Little Scribblers’ preschool program is grounded in the idea that play, discovery, and positive relationships create the best learning outcomes. Tailored for children aged three to six, our curriculum nurtures the whole child and prepares them for primary school.
We combine inquiry-based learning with purposeful teaching in early literacy, numeracy, science, and creative arts. Children take part in hands-on STEAM projects, sport, dramatic play, and language-rich activities, all within a close, supportive environment that nurtures confidence and curiosity.
We work alongside families with daily learning updates, clear term goals, and open communication, ensuring parents stay connected to their child’s learning. With a strong emphasis on belonging, wellbeing, and independence, children are supported to thrive in their pre-school years.
Welcome to Little Scribblers! Our Ashfield location is a boutique early learning centre newly built in 2024 and thoughtfully designed for young learners preparing for school. Conveniently located near public transport and just a short walk from Ashfield Aquatic Centre, our centre is perfectly placed for local families seeking quality care and education..
For children aged three to six, our preschool program offers a nurturing and community-focused environment led by long-standing educators. Through play-based learning, we foster literacy, numeracy, and readiness for school in a secure setting with open-ended experiences, a sandpit, and a dedicated outdoor playground. We celebrate each child’s individuality and help them grow as capable, confident learners.
Our Ashfield preschool is a vibrant, interactive, newly renovated space that supports creativity, independence, and school readiness. With purpose-built rooms, age-appropriate outdoor areas, and open-ended learning spaces, children are encouraged to explore, create, and build friendships in a safe and inspiring setting.
Our preschool program runs five days a week, offering a strong school readiness curriculum in a supportive long-day care setting. We are open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, giving families both flexibility and continuity.

At Little Scribblers, preschoolers experience a vibrant curriculum enriched with creative, cultural, and nature-based activities that inspire confidence and curiosity.
Children participate in regular Chinese cultural classes and Mandarin language lessons that teach greetings, songs, and customs, fostering cultural awareness and diversity from a young age.
Our structured art classes offer preschoolers the chance to explore new techniques and express themselves through sculpture, painting, and mixed media projects. Their artworks are proudly displayed throughout the centre.
From composting to water conservation, our environment-focused sessions encourage preschoolers to become responsible citizens. They learn how their actions affect the world around them through hands-on gardening and recycling projects.
